If you have purchased a Gold Membership subscription and would like a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. A refund
will be granted on the most recent installment of your subscription if the service has not been
used (i.e. you have not initiated any messages to other members).
If you have not already cancelled your Gold Membership subscription, your Gold Membership
subscription will be automatically cancelled at the time your refund is requested.
