If you have purchased a Gold Membership subscription and would like a full or partial refund, please contact us within 30 days of your last charge.

A full refund can be granted on the most recent installment of your subscription if the service was not used (i.e. you have not initiated any messages to other members since your last charge), regardless of subscription period purchased.

If you purchased a multi-month subscription, have initiated messages to others, and would like to end your subscription early, partial refunds are also possible. We will charge $19.99 per month for each month the service was used, set your subscription end date appropriately with our systems, and then refund the rest.

No refunds, full or partial, will be granted if it's been over 30 days since your last charge.

If you have not already cancelled your Gold Membership subscription, your Gold Membership subscription will be automatically cancelled at the time your refund is requested and subscription end date set appropriately. You will continue to have Gold Membership access through your paid period.
