I'm a rock climbing, bungee jumping, nature girl at heart. One day while out climbing quite a few years ago I was bit by a tick, and I've been on a long journey recovering from severe Lyme disease since. My path has taken my life away from the traditional track of career, relationship and family, but has been rich with a different kind of experience. Eight years ago I was too ill to watch television, but a few years ago I went back to a college classroom, started volunteering again, and I enjoy hosting my favorite game: Pictionary.
Ideal match might be someone who is retired or someone who has time during the daytime to spend together several times a week. I still adore and crave nature, but I enjoy a picnic in the mountains rather than hiking through the woods these days. I'm happy to accept a mellower life...socializing with my friends, having a passionate relationship, and working with kids and their families. I'm looking for my male muse, either short or long term.
I enjoy helping my friends and those in need, as I was helped much in my dark hours. I take people to medical appointments or grocery shopping and this gives me a lot of joy to give and contribute. Very simple things give me a lot of pleasure.
I love drives in the country, thrift store and errand shopping, playing and hosting Pictionary games, puttering around at home with my sweetie. I'm out every day, but also often a bit of a home body at this point. My politics tend to be left of center though I'm not as interested as I'd like to be. I'm looking to date, with the possibility of a long term relationship. Potential future interest in RV'ing around the wild west. Any interest?
