- I enjoy a healthy lifestyle
- I consider myself a strong person and yet, vulnerable and fragile. I strive to be genuine, loyal, compassionate in touch with my heart.
- I'm a good listener and I like to give another person the 'space' that I also like for myself.
- I like Intimacy (Intellectual, emotional, spiritual, physical).
- I'm self reflective. I acknowledge the value of spirituality. Long time familiar with the Buddhist philosophy. My first approach in the Tibetan Buddhism path was at a Monastery in Nepal for a month retreat, year 1974. I met Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
- I do think that we are all responsible for our own well being, but I also feel that we need to live our lives with compassion for people who are less fortunate. I have plenty to be grateful for.
- I enjoy; Contemporary dance and Butoh practices. Gardening. Love Movies (mainly foreign) A good restaurant. Friends, a nice gathering. I like; A rock or blues concert as well as the Opera. A dance performance. Museums & Art galleries.
Staying home. Meditation, Yoga, Contemplate ... !!
- I'd like to meet a interesting, intelligent, sensitive, caring and spiritual loving man. A kindred spirit.
