Aware, kind, affectionate and loving, personal and spiritual growth is my top priority. I resonate with the teachings of Buddha, Jesus, and Eckhart Tolle and relocated to Ajijic, Mexico in 2017 to enjoy a vibrant, loving spiritual community led by James Twyman. I am open to having a second home elsewhere.
I seek the peace that comes from acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness and letting go of the ego. I have also found breathwork and the use of sacred shamanic medicines useful in this journey. I have daily kundalini yoga and awareness of awareness meditation practices. I believe we are here to let go of all fear to become and spread love!
Wellness is also important to me, I am interested in healthy living in general, and have the health and energy of someone much younger. I used to own and manage natural food stores in Colorado and Oregon. I have followed a holistic health lifestyle for over 45 years, eating whole foods and using only alternative medicine such as herbs and homeopathy. I could be pretty happy living on simple meals prepared at home, but frequently get tempted by the many good restaurants we have here.
I currently have the honor of being the steward of a beautiful Bed &Breakfast/ Retreat Center in Ajijic where we offer healthy food, yoga and other wellness/ spiritual classes and spa services.
I enjoy yoga, movies, ecstatic dance, music, nature, cooking meals, restaurants, hiking and walks.
I seek a holy relationship with a conscious woman, awakening is your top priority. You increasingly choose peace and love instead of fear and feel your own divinity. You enjoy following a natural/ holistic lifestyle - you know you are not your body, but you take good care of it anyway.
