Professionally and spiritually, I am an integrative psychiatrist and an immersed Bhakti practitioner (chanting and meditating daily). I have spent the last 25 years exploring what we humans need to thrive.

- I love to sing and dance... hike and camp… chant and meditate… to be outdoors... to explore new things... to play with my Kirtan band and to be with another in what is real, making a difference in the process.
