About Me
Happy and content most of the time. I've always had the desire to do meaningful work and believe in helping others. Yoga practice, mindfulness and meditation is a lifestyle for me. I practice gratitude an try to live my life consciously and mindfully, making every moment count. Family and friends are also very important. I have two amazing sons who are young adults living independently. Also have two beautiful granddaughters who fill my heart with joy.
Would like to spend time with a special someone who is spiritual, positive, authentic, open, affectionate, honest, caring and kind...basically a good person who respects others. My future partner is spiritual and able to connect on a deep emotional level. He also has the desire for personal growth and development. |

How I spend my free time:
- I spend my free time in spiritual practice alone or with my sangha. Enjoy yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices. Also love spending time in nature e.g. leisurely hiking, camping, snowshoeing, x country skiing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Hanging out with friends and family is at the top of my list. Reading, volunteering, cooking, dancing, painting, gardening, and watching live theatre are also fun ways to pass the time.
