Born in Europe I started traveling when I was 18 years old. Studied construction engineering and during that time I flipped a few houses, bought and sold a large sailing boat and traveled around the globe. Sold everything and traveled to India and stayed there for 4 years. Studied with 3 great masters under which Nigarsagadatta Maharaj and Jedu Krisnamurti. Came back in 1981 and lived in a couple spiritual communities in France, Spain, Germany, Austria before leaving for the USA in 1985. Switched to electronics engineering and Lived in Boston, Seattle before I moved to Marin County, California. learned several massage modalities and worked in the morning in electronics and in the evening I did massage (Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu and deep tissue.) Specialized in deep tissue. Started visiting Spirit Rock and Jack Kornfield, Marc Coleman, Gangaji and Adyashanti.
I am willing to travel great distances and to relocate to pretty much anywhere. Now I am retired nothing keeps me tied to Santa Rosa, California. |

How I spend my free time:
- I like to be out in nature but also have a comfortable home. I have always projects I am working on and love fixing things. I hate stuff that does not work so I either fix it or get rid of it. Right now I am remodeling a wonderful (seize and shape) RV with the plan of using it one weekend each month and a couple of weeks in the summer! I am not planning to live in it, don't worry. Maybe go to Burning Man (BM). Hikes in the weekends, visit friends for dinner or a couple of days. Do my daily exercise to stay healthy and of course meditate 1 - 2 hours a day. Add walking the dog and do some garden/yard work and house maintenance and repair when needed.

I have time, nothing needs to be done, no pressure and that is the way things get done the fastest with the least amount of energy. Thank goodness for retirement. Still I can accelerate and work under pressure but I am the happiest when all that pressure is absent.

Loud and unintelligent people. Trumpers. Thank god 2016 - 2020 is over and I hope it never comes back! Isn't this new era wonderful? Things happen without all the boasting, lying, conflict and the upsetting details and distractions? Meditation suddenly got a whole lot easier.
