Pretty new to online dating I was just about to throw in the towel when I discovered the DharmaMatch. It may be worth a try.
After being jostled about, I'm looking for a sense of Home - and have returned finally to Montreal after working in Ottawa most of my career and Saskatchewan. Though I consider myself Montrealaise. The only constant in my life during these past 20 years of work has been my buddhist practice.
I've immersed myself in the many online offerings during the pandemic, continue to connect with my Saskatoon sangha, occasionally with the Ottawa sangha, and participate in a couple of study groups, one with Satipanna (Toronto Insight). My main goal is to leave my books on the shelf and take my practice out into the world again.
I'd love to meet an interesting, down-to-earth buddhist practitioner who enjoys spending time in Nature and maybe likes animals (pets), hiking, long walks along a beach, and some travel. He would enjoy exploring other cultures, socializing and music (classical, jazz, blues) as well as sitting in silence.
Please drop me a line and tell me about yourself. |
