How I spend my free time:
- When not meditating, I'm reading, writing, recording music, gardening, hiking, visiting friends. I'm presently producing two podcasts, one on Raja Yoga and one on Tibetan Buddhism, writing a novel with Shambhala overtones, creating sounds with my tabla player friend, and drawing some comics for fun.
