I have been studying and practicing Tibetan Buddhism since I was 19 when I first went to India, Nepal and Tibet. It has been an integral part of my life ever since. I have an 19 year old son that is living in Spain to play soccer and returns in the summer to work. I have an 11 yr old, very energetic dog, Satya. I love being outside in nature in all seasons. Laughter and light heartedness are very important to me and basically take the lead in most of life ;). My friends say my laughter is contagious ;). Simplicity, openness and truth are paramount in all that I do as well. I walk/hike every day with my dog and depending on the season I xctry ski, paddleboard, kayak and ride my bike. Also, I want to mention the reason I do not smoke or drink is because I am ‘happy in nature’;)…I don’t need substances to enliven me, I am joyful and content as is (but of course I’m always working on being a better version of me). I like to be natural and authentic so I don’t color my hair or wear makeup, the white strands are just beginning to arrive :).
I teach vinyasa yoga and meditation and I work with the elderly from time to time.
I am interested in being with a man that is a good communicator and is honest with himself and others. Life is too short for untruths. Sharing deep meaning in all of life’s events and growing together toward higher consciousness/enlightenment are priorities for me; again, life is too short not to do otherwise. And, of course, lots of laughs and enjoying nature and fun together along the way too!
