Hey there:) I am looking for honest, open, tender, passionate and empathic encounters from the heart. My past two years have been quite tough and i slipped even deeper into a healing and self-reflecting process, which i'd be happy to share about. If you would also like to share stories of your life, your feelings, i'd be happy to listen. life is a misterious journey. let's walk this path of beauty of peeling of layers of "self" and ego with open minds and hearts.
In relationships we are given the gift of reflecting through the eyes of the other, of reflecting our boundaries, our pain, our wounds. that's not always joyful, it can be painful and question our perceived personality. i am trying to open myself more and more to this experience. of really feeling the pain. of showing myself. of letting it all in and out. this is the path i want to walk with a partner. fully honest, with all the feelings of the human experience connected to it. not to stay in a place of denial or supposed "detachment".
for my yogic and buddhist practice, i would like to add that i don't feel any better than others just because i practice. it's simply what makes me feel the essence more clearly, get to the core.. the practise is a profound journey to the heart. i also love sufism and when i am in india i'll meditate in hindu temples. it's all one. You and i are one. we are all part of the one source. yet bound to the condition of the human mind of feeling 'I', 'me' and 'mine'. we feel like isolated individuals who exist largely independent of their environment. yet we are deeply connected to each other and with mother earth and the universe, to everything that is.
for my life and background: i've studied anthropology and traveled a lot to india, which ist very dear to my heart, there's such a beautiful and strong unshakable connection. I did my yoga teacher training in a wonderful school in chennai.
13 years ago, my daughter was born and i live with her in munich. Until she's grown up, i will stay here. I am very connected to her and profoundly thankful to expereince motherhood in this lifetime with this amazing person. |
