7/23/24 updates: Having a busy season for the next several months or so working on the Kennedy Campaign. truing to master various software used by organizers and volunteers. Also sending my son off to college next month and trying to re-org my business and meditation group. Perhaps after that I will pay for an account and reach out to all you lovely smiling ladies. Or perhaps you will! :--) Would like to transition more to teaching meditation and working directly with peoples spiritual/emotional development going forward. I am looking forward to the future with a healthy dose of anticipation, though in complete mystery about what it will bring. |

Raising my son. PUblisihg a book on Zen (Flowers Fall), Teaching many students who to do all kinds of things. Running wonderful intercultural seminars when I was a professor in Japan. Running many mediation retreats and related programs.
I have also been fortunate to have many great spiritual teachers and their compassion has bestowed some deep experience on me as well.

Suffering through identity crises as a young man. It pushed me into deep searching which deepeded continually for decades. The teachings of Buddhism in particular spoke to me, and the practices opened many experiences though looking back I feel like I was such a slow learner. Still a work in progress of course.
