Spirituality, striving to be present and being awake are the backbone of my life’s situation. I’ve learned that laughter is the best medicine. Also learning about energy and that we are all connected. Looking for someone with similar interests to be a partner in life. I believe “god” essence is in everything and everyone. It’s just that some are able to express it more than others.

Someone who doesn’t identify with their voice in the head for sense of self (at least not completely).
Eckhart Tolle started me on my spiritual path 12 years ago. His words really resonate with me:
“Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. It is not dependent on some other body, some external form. In the stillness of your presence, you can feel your own formless and timeless reality as the unmanifested life that animates your physical form”.
My love ideally will be on a path to this understanding… that there is a “You” who is the observer of their thoughts and emotions… and conversely they can “see” the same in “me” and sense it.
My partner will have some understanding of their childhood wounds… and their potential how they view their partner…
I’ve been reading about how early childhood wounds and learning about how best to genuinely connect with my beloved (listening/mirroring/validating/empathizing). I recently read a book by Harville Hendricks and am excited to learn more about communicating this way with my beloved.
My love will ideally have a good idea of what their “big rocks” are -things that are most important to them versus medium rocks or even pebbles (minor preferences).

I also love holding hands, physical touch, long walks, even longer spiritual talks, dancing, and being silly.
