I'm an experienced funny guy who believes in the power of love and a spiritual life. l like to take my time getting to know people, especially their values. While you will be an independent person who understands the importance of love respect freedom and tolerance within a relationship, and who also bases your life on the power of spiritual practice.
I have a relatively simple life, I work in Social Care and love to spend as much time as possible on my allotment and focus on my daily meditation practice. I am very comfortable with the life I have created for myself. I have modest ambitions, am cooperative with decision-making and have a powerful sense of loyalty and commitment. I also have a determination that has gotten me through many adventures and difficulties, which sounds pretty serious eh, but I also have a light touch to my life, a spacious nature and a great sense of humour.
I love travelling, especially to the Western Isles and India, and maybe I will now find somewhere new to explore. I cycle as much as I can, love reading, music, films, walking in nature and on beaches, and want to spend more time growing food on my biodiverse allotment.
Although my Tibetan Buddhist background has been the mainstay of my life for the last 35 years, I try not to make it a big deal. But I owe my joy of life to it and the magic of awareness that each moment brings in everyday life. |
