Play an record music. Meditation and chi Kung. Take walks in the park, love nature but at this time I am a city boy exploring the nature within.
Exploring and learning more about politics and geopolitics, historical and present through articles and youtube as well as some books. I lean to the left, far left of the spectrum that is finished with the red an blue duopoly. So probably I would be considered fringe in a Lot of circles.
I don't believe that we can achieve a utopian society at this point but we have to do better than we are.
Ultimately we Create peace within ourselves and continue to share it with others.

Spirituality
|
|
|
-
Spiritual Orientation:
-
Buddhist, Sufism, Taoist, Spiritual, not religious
-
I consider my spirituality...
-
The central focus of my life
-
What brought me to my spiritual path and motivated my interest...
-
Impermanence. everything is created by the mind alone and everything created by the mind changes.
I am drawn towards the one pure thing that does not change and is not dependent on life or death.
Alchemy, energy work, use of movement, as well as sitting, lying down, bowing, walking and standing meditation, ritual and use of mantra and mudra, and regular fasting.
Alternative approaches to health and healing.
Creative in my spiritual approach, working on different things at different times.
Not dogmatic, everybody has their own path to discover. To do things out of love not obligation.
There are more paths to God than there are breaths of humanity since the beginning of time 🙏
-
I consider the purpose of my spirituality to be...
-
Connecting to something greater than myself, Finding happiness and peace within, Helping me cope with the struggles of life, Building a personal relationship with God, Helping me grow as a person
-
After the body dies...
-
I don't know, but I'm not worried about it
-
I would define a spiritual experience as...
-
The perception of one's own true nature.
-
A spiritual experience I would like to share...
-
The universal.
-
The spiritual books and authors that have had the greatest impact on me...
