I was not much of a dater previously in life. several years post divorce after 28 years of mariage. I’m a laid back, easy going individual. I have been farming ranching for the last 20 years and am pondering what is next.
While I ascribe to many of the teachings and relate most closely to Christ, organized religion is not for me. I am currently a student in a course in miracles. I prefer to not watch TV, and read minimal amounts of the news.
I enjoy being in a state of rapture, awe, when I see nature’s amazing graces. I am working on seeing the good in every individual and situation. I look at the homeless individual and see the lack of attachments to the material world. When I give $5, a ride or a non-judgemental conversation, I wonder if it is me providing them with a service, or if they are giving me the opportunity to help/bless them.
What I’m looking for. Im not really sure. Someone to talk with on varied subjects. Is open to hearing views that diverge from their beliefs with openness. Who is working on themselves to be a better human, is walking a spiritual path. Someone not attached to the material plane, a little travel today - mainly road trips, gardening, maybe working with animals. I enjoy good food and almost everything. I figure if whatever we are eating has been raised with love and no chemicals then everything is good for us. I enjoy games and except blackjack in Vegas, I could care less if I win.
I Really prefer to go slowly, have a friendship and see where that leads. I believe that for any physical interaction our souls need to touch first. I generally need an emotional connection to another before anything else happens anyway.
