Learning about the Tibetan Lamas practice and their lives helped me to understand what I wanted to do about my life. I have read a book about an expedition to Tibet, the book described how the Lamas practice meditation and made offerings for the cessation of suffering.
I was fascinated about the story and the descriptions about their practices. Then after reading the book, I decided to practice meditation and learn more about Buddhist philosophy.
