I have lived a deep committed spiritual life since I was 15 years old. I started following Guru Maharaja ji and then moved to Buddhist meditation and teachings . I lived at Dechen Choling a Dharma Center in France for a year and practiced and studied Vajrayana My children are grown and I have two grandsons that I completely love and adore. I am mostly retired and free to travel. I have been a yoga, teacher and meditation instructor and have hosted spiritual retreats in Mount Shasta where I currently live. I became a vegetarian when I was 12 years old out of compassion for animals. I eat almost entirely organic.
I am not a paid subscriber. So I’m not sure how that works as far as being able to respond. If I receive a message, I will definitely respond regardless. I’m just checking out this site as of June 2025. I hope everyone finds the peace love and connection they’re looking for. |
