I’m a psychiatrist based in Melbourne with a deep interest in mindfulness, psychology, and Buddhist and Hindu philosophy. I follow SRF/YSS teachings which combine Christianity and Hinduism. Meditation is a big part of my life, I try to live with awareness, compassion, and gratitude. I have done a lot of my Inner work healing my inner parts using internal family system therapy. I’m hoping to meet someone affectionate, emotionally mature, and spiritually inclined who values inner growth and gentle humour. I appreciate simple joys: long walks in nature, meaningful and humorous conversations, and time in silence.
