In a relationship, I am looking for a best friend, lover, companion, thought partner and playmate. I want to be able to care deeply for someone, and to have someone care deeply about me—to be together in celebrating life’s ups and providing comfort during life’s downs. And to see our relationship as both a support and as place for mutual growth, deepening, and exploration of the mystery of the human experience.
I meditate daily, and attend Buddhist and Diamond Approach retreats several times a year. I have been doing personal growth and inner work for many decades. Non-duality permeates my experience. My life's work has been dedicated to cultivating human potential, and I have realized I need to be with a partner who also shares this value. It could take many forms - psychological or spiritual work, a meditation practice, attending retreats.
One of my greatest joys is being active in nature. I exercise daily (walking, yoga, weights, hiking). I would like to be with a man who shares my commitment to fitness and health. It would be a plus to enjoy the active outdoor life together, including activities such as hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and snowshoeing.
I love traveling to beautiful natural locations, ancient sites, and other cultures. I also enjoy attending live musical events and theater performances. I took my 91-year-old Dad to see Hamilton a few years ago! And, I was a stepmother for a total of 21 years to 3 children, and welcome your children. I also love animals of all types and welcome your pets, if you have any.
