I’m a thoughtful, warm-hearted Buddhist man in the San Francisco Bay Area who believes the best connections feel both easy and meaningful. I’ve built a good life as a father, friend and business owner, and now I’m interested in sharing it—with curiosity, laughter, and intention.
I enjoy strolling street fairs, lingering over dinner with soft music in the background, traveling with a sense of wonder, and those moments when conversation flows effortlessly. I value presence, kindness, and a playful spark—because romance should feel alive, not heavy.
Spiritually, I’m grounded in mindfulness and compassion, with a deep respect for life’s lessons and a light touch when it comes to the journey. I appreciate a woman who knows herself, enjoys adventure and reflection, and brings warmth and authenticity into a relationship.
I’m very healthy, work out, walk daily, and enjoy a medication free life. I keep up with 30 year olds in strength and endurance thanks to inheriting my father’s genes.
