I am interested in minds , brains, poetry, music, yoga, dogs, meditation, swimming laps, keeping healthy in body mind and spirit , and I don't care much for materialistic wealth. My personality is mellow and calm, I don't require constant action, although I like to get out of my confort zone sometimes by travelling and exploring . I live in a very small town and enjoy nature, but there are not enough new people here to meet. I am very "sensible" and work in the public health system (mental health) but I find that a spiritual path is also very important and I would like to meet someone who is also doing this work for themselves. I mostly follow zen/insight teachings. |
