| About Me
I currently reside in a forested setting, having this passive solar house (passivhaus) and homestead for sale, as I wish to downsize. I'm still active with gardening, woodworking, shovelling snow, reading and following for the most part, this wacky world of geo-politics. I read on diverse topics, as I find existence totally enthralling.
My truth is of the Oneness of existence. I have no beliefs, as I only witness truths in the moment, since the only constant I experience is change. I salute many mentors. I cherish intelligent, informed conversation. I love life in all 'her' guises.
I practice a morning ritual of walking, aerobics, yoga and meditation. I enjoy classical music, mostly with some folk and old pop tossed in de temps en temps. I've championed a plant-based dietary regimen these past 15 years. I would not rely on the 'feint-hope clause' to be with someone who has not examined that aspect of human *biological* evolution. That puts me on the fringe for some. hahaha I take no prescription meds, have all my teeth, carry no debt, sleep well and have several close friends. I await a self-aware woman, one who is willing to look deeply within, leave the past, by coming into these present moments as they happen.
My sense is that biology transcends chronology. If you live in Canada or are coming here, you will receive my undivided attention. Many thanks for reading this far. |

How I spend my free time:
- During the winter, I read voraciously, both fiction and non-fiction. Currently, I am teaching myself how to turn wooden bowls and platters. I find this stimulating and creative. I listen to symphonies and concertos, contrasting different approaches to tempo and phrasing.
