What's happening here right now?
It feels incredibly vibrant to explore new paths, including in our relationships.
It's important to me that we allow you to be exactly as you are (with everything that makes you who you are) and not fall back into old expectations.
By opening ourselves up to the present moment and everything it may reveal, we can experience depth, explore shared interests, discover entirely new things, and experience a connection that transcends what the mind can sometimes grasp.
I'm taking my next steps with increasing awareness, in recent years exploring shamanic practices, and now increasingly with a mind that seeks to connect mysticism and everyday life. Through this, I continue to work on myself (examining my shadow side and striving to be more authentically myself) so that I can share this with others (e.g., through coaching). For me, this is connected to a deep connection with nature and its healing power, which I have come to experience more and more through my training as a wilderness educator, and to a spirituality that possesses a healthy balance of groundedness and a sense of transcendence.
Here, the four of us are currently building a small community (oase-densberg). Through holistic events and offerings, as well as the opportunity to experience community and nature, we want to create an oasis where visitors and we ourselves can find time for ourselves and experience a space of peace and healing, from which new steps can emerge from stillness, inner peace, and the power of the heart.
Currently, I am becoming increasingly aware of my highly sensitive side, and I understand some aspects of my past from a new perspective. This allows me to accept myself and be myself in a completely different way and to integrate these experiences and insights into my life.
I am also dedicating myself more to my creativity in writing (hehaka.jimdofree) and reading fairy tales and poems aloud, to ways of connecting with others (in various ways), and much more that may arise anew each day from the moment. |

How I spend my free time:
- It's the small, special moments in life that bring me joy:
- a red evening sky with mysterious cloud formations
- the white, silent snow on ancient and very young conifers
- the first tiny spring flowers awakening
- the play of flames in a blazing campfire
- a hot cup of coffee in the morning with good friends and long conversations
- laughing at the oddities that happen every day, including my own
- the feeling of leaning against an old tree, feeling safe and connected
- bathing in a mountain stream in the early morning
- letting myself be carried away by the sound of music, enjoying it and simply letting it wash over me
- reading stories and fairy tales to each other
- gazing at the vast starry sky together and sharing silence
- forgetting for a moment in nature what everyday life seems to shame
- daring to try new things and push boundaries, leaving the old behind, the feeling afterwards
- in the silence (and More and more, in every other moment, I feel the connection with the Divine (however it may manifest)
- sense the ancient spirit that lives within me and reawaken in the here and now (also with the healing power of the ancestors)
- hear the beings and spirits of nature whisper and connect with them with ease
- find new dreams and new paths and discover with childlike wonder that even being (becoming) an adult is always a great game

I'm a real eclectic reader and listener (audiobooks), and my reading can range from nonfiction to novels. Books that have moved me in the past include "The Neverending Story" and "Momo" by Michael Ende, "Brida" by Paulo Coelho, works by Sandra Ingerman, and many more that I can't think of right now. More details upon request :-). Currently, I'm reading a lot about Druidic/Celtic spirituality.
