I teach and create space for the teachings. I enjoy being in community, in sacred ritual practices, meditating, practicing Kriya, chanting, being anywhere in nature hiking, swimming, beaches, or waterfalls. You can find me at conscious gatherings, out enjoying meals with good company, or in a sacred practice container. Kirtan and conscious dance are mostly my go to for going out.
