I am a logical, intuitive, creative human. Both oneness and Christ-based in a unique and eclectic yet simple way. I deeply love silence as well as articulation and live in appreciation of simplicity. I have gained wisdom from eastern and western mysticism and practicality as well as many experiences of awakened states. The awakened quiet states were always my foundation and norm, the deepest truth, yet learning maps from various religions and spiritual paths has helped me in the navigation of duality, life incarnate and understanding of the many people I serve! Laughter is part of my style.
Close ones tell me I am caring, loving, and thoughtful. I do listen and care deeply and genuinely.
I feel deep peace and joy living with two beloved cat family members.
Sharing with another would be a cherished addition but my contentment comes from Goddess God.

Now a days I live a simple life. I am grateful for time with family (feline and human) and friends, walks in the quiet and stillness of nature with God/Goddess, practice time (songwriter/singer) and performance time (rather call that music sharing time), yoga, Pilates, the gym, some yard work/gardening, and daily cooking. After a passionately fulfilling and complex global career, I have scaled back to part time work from home (Phone and Zoom) as an LMFT PhD and animal intuitive.
I live in a wonderful small and very friendly rural town where I enjoy socializing in outdoor places where I can dance and sing! Lots of music going on here in the warmer months (about half the year). Friends are very important to me. I stay connected to long term friends from other places as I deepen newer friendships here. Being back on the mainland after some years in Hawaii, I am blessed to be close enough to family to enjoy and cherish reunions and get togethers in a variety of surrounding cities.
There is purposefully no TV or highspeed internet in my home which feels very tranquil. If you like to bring joyful activities to the day such as smaller hikes in the forest, shared meditations and healthy organic food ( I can cook many diverse nationalities for you within ultra healthy diet frameworks and love being cooked for also) I may be your gal! If you seek a person for lots of travel and adventuring I am not your gal!
