I’m building a life around peace, family, and purpose.
Not a perfect life. Not a performance. Something real. Something with roots. Something that feels aligned with the deeper current moving through my life.
I’m learning to stay honest with myself, to show up better for the people I love, and to create a life that feels meaningful from the inside out.
I’m the father of a 9-year-old son, and he has been one of my greatest teachers. Through him, I’ve learned patience, responsibility, presence, and a kind of love that changes how I see the world. I’m open to being with someone who has children, and I’m also open to having more.
Real connection is one of the central pillars of my life: intimacy, community, family, meaningful work, and creating a life that feels honest, human, and rooted. I believe love is one of the places where we meet ourselves most clearly: our tenderness, our fears, our devotion, and the parts of us still asking to be healed.
I’m curious about astrology, manifestation, metaphysics, energy work, and the mystery of consciousness, especially how these ideas and practices can help us better understand ourselves, love each other more honestly, and relate with more care.
I also enjoy movement practices like Aikido, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga. I’ve explored each to different degrees, and I appreciate how they bring presence, balance, discipline, and awareness into the body.
I love animals. I’ve been a cat owner in the past, but I also really enjoy being around dogs and tend to connect with them pretty naturally.
