"Radiantly Alive-- A Mystery to be Discovered...."
I am a: 70-year-old Woman (Single)
Located in: amherst, MA (USA)
Seeking a: Man (38 to 57)
For: Dating, Serious Relationship
Spirituality: Buddhist

About Me
Being a spirited, radiant, playful, sensual, open-hearted, keenly intelligent woman, I naturally long to connect with a true consort in this life, a man to awaken with.

I'm a very passionate, magnetic, funny, balanced, loyal and loving woman, and am seeking a man grounded in his body and in the world, who knows how to wield his sword skillfully, who can dissolve me with his humor, and take me places inwardly that i could never go alone.
I'm seeking a man of depth, who is erotically energized and skilled, who isn't afraid to ravish his woman with love, and depth of consciousness.
My consort will be fearlessly willing to take on his growth edges as he comes up against them, and he is ready for and wanting true intimacy with me, and with all of life.

As for me, well, in the third photograph,( taken about 5 years ago, though i haven't changed much outwardly since then) I'm holding a model of the human spine, as i love movement, the body, expression through the breath and energy.
I work as a psychotherapist and yoga teacher, love my work, but am not obsessive or driven.
I'm happiest when in spiritual retreat, when travelling to sacred places, when
with my closest friends, am laughing uncontrollably, eating wonderful food in great company, engaged in deep and multi-layered bright conversations and delighting in the daily miracles of this world that offers itself moment by moment...

I lived for nine years in Manhattan, and still enjoy the city, which I visit several times a year. About 18 years ago I moved to a beautiful New England college town, and enjoy my beautiful sanctuary, nestled in a pine grove close to everything, but quiet and green.

I'm most interested these days in opening. Opening AS the whole spectrum of human feeling and experience. If i'm sad, ok, practice opening AS sadness itself, no need to shut it down, analyze or fix.

My spiritual practice is in the Tibetan Buddhist Dzogchen tradition, and I've also done quite a bit of work with David Deida over the past couple of years, which is central to my understanding of sacred sexuality and intimacy.

If I had to choose one phrase that would describe me best it would be
"vivid aliveness, in love with the world"

but how can the mystery of one's being ever be described? Ever be "nailed down"?
