Although not a practicing buddhist in the usual sense, I subscribe to the concept of ahimsa or non-harmfulness, and value kindness and compassion above all things. I enjoy open, honest friendships cultivated over the years thru deep connections, and lots of laughter even in the difficult times. I'm warm and affectionate with those who are close to me. I have an instinct for asking essential questions and I'll challenge you to take a closer look at things.
