People who know me well would say I'm quiet, considerate and caring. I am emotionally self-sufficient, but at the same time I have a tremendous capacity for intimacy at all levels. I have a reverence for all life, and feel a deep connection to nature in all her manifestations. I have spent many years searching for answers to the big questions, and have actually found a few - but I like to hear about the answers that others have found too. I love books, music, theatre, films, good food (I'm an excellent cook) and good conversation. I also enjoy travelling and experiencing other cultures.
My original spiritual path was the Fourth Way, which I have been involved in since 1974. However, I also have a strong Buddhist orientation, especially in my attitude to my career: the practice of right livelihood is very important to me. Voluntary simplicity is also a major theme of my life. |

How I spend my free time:
- I like to stay physically active in many different ways. I have been practising tai chi and qi gong for about 30 years, and do a form every day. I also enjoy cycling, hiking, canoeing, cross-country skiing, and many other things.
