I'm a gentle, caring man who seeks a friendship that will bring a smile, I'm divorced and life is too quiet on my own, even though there always seems to be a pile of things to do :-).
I practise with the Yogi Sadhguru an important development for me, with daily meditations (Kriya) he's a person who I find direct contact to and a great guide to improving myself.
I'd like to meet someone to socialise with, and to explore life with a bit more than I have in recent times.
I play the West African drum the Djembe as both a musical expression and a way to be involved with the Drumming Community in the UK. Also big fan f music of many styles.
