I'm a warm, kind, cheerful, feminine, introspective, moderately outgoing and intelligent woman with a wide variety of interests. I have a good sense of humor and appreciate that quality in others as well. I value my family and friends and appreciate the life that I have worked so hard to build. I'm enjoying being retired and excited and grateful for this new chapter of life's discovery and meaning. I'm also in love and grateful for my three young grandchildren.
I love the outdoors and wake up each morning to a view of the hills and trees in the nearby open space. Movies, plays, dining out, museums, trips to Mendocino, Colorado, Washington, Oregon or Alaska are great to share with friends and family and would be extraordinary shared with a loving partner. I visited Tibet and Nepal years ago with my daughter. I've visited Norway twice and recently Sweden for the first and loved being immersed in the culture of the country of my heritage.
I consider myself honest, open minded, trusting, communicative, playful and very loving when in a relationship and hope for the same in return. My spirituality is an integral part of who I am and inspires me to open my heart and mind and find joy in my life. I know that for me a meaningful relationship needs to include sharing and supporting spiritual interests as well as chemistry, honesty and commitment.
I'm seeking a man who is healthy both in mind and body and who has an uplifted, optimistic outlook on life. He is intelligent, fun, communicative, compassionate and respects women. He is confident but not arrogant. His strong interest in spirituality has inspired him on his own path of emotional and spiritual growth and discovery. At the same time he also has his feet on the ground with a sense of humor, a sense of adventure, a passion for life and a love of the outdoors.
