I'm Alberto from Italy. I'm on the spiritual path for about 25 years. I feel blessed that I could have the chance in my life to be close to so many beautiful Masters. The meeting with Thich Nhat Hanh radically changed my existence and the many years in India deepening of the practice of meditation both in the buddhist and the advaita-vedanta tradition brought me to the essence and to the intuition of who I am.
