How I spend my free time:
- I LOVE making Music. I write songs, sing, play guitar, and harmonica. If you sing or play, let's co-create. I'm still relatively new at performing, my first solo gig was in 2011, and it's ecstatic for me.
More important to me than my music are my connections to others and all the amazing growing love in my life. Wonderfully, more and more friends and love in my life. Sharing, inspiring, supporting, helping each other grow and change. We reap what we sow?
I also attend (and/or teach/assist) growth workshops (whatever that means, ha!), including HAI and tantra. I've explored Tantra for about seven years and am now creating and leading workshops. I'm now leading "Tantra For All," a pan-gender, pan-orientation fully inclusive approach to Tantra. And I'm essentially a straight guy. Who would have thunk? It's been great; amazingly connecting, loving, sweet and powerful. Happy, happy, joy, joy
