Health coach, engineer, traveler. I live in Austin. I Iike looking for ways to live more sustainably and stay connected to nature.
I grew up Jewish but have found a strong connection to Buddhist philosophy. I’m into homesteading, organic food, permaculture, and healthy soil. I took a year to become a health coach, and am into fitness, nutrition, and self-improvement are big parts of my life — but I keep it real with simple, natural methods.
I love traveling, hiking, swimming, and hitting up farmers' markets. I’m also into Chinese medicine and natural healing practices. My long-term goal? To homestead and live self-sufficiently — chickens, veggies, the whole deal.
