Each day I'm grateful for the gift of being alive. Life is so precious, so wondrous and short. I am not a always as present for it as I'd like to be. There's more room to appreciate my friends, my breath, the beauty around me, having enough to sustain me. I live alone in a lovely home with a nice view in a beautiful location in Northern California, 1 hour north of San Francisco. I have work I love as a therapist and writer. I've been enriched by traveling to many places: South America, Europe, China, Southeast Asia. I especially love Thailand, with all the engaging smiles.
I'd love to share life with a smart, kind-hearted woman who has grown from pain, has emotional depth, spiritual values, and realizes that joy and fulfillment does not only come from connecting deeply and intimately with life and with each other, but also from being of service to others in some meaningful way: simple things such as a warm smile or kind glance can offer the gift or solace and connection in our disconnected world. A shared capacity for a quiet mind, open heart, and presence with each other would be delightful.
