I love both solitude and long conversations about things that matter. I write, volunteer on the spiritual care team of a local hospital, and ask lots of questions. I enjoy walks in the woods, summer lakes, indie movies, France, and poems and songs that open me.

I have an active and curious mind, but I live from my heart and love laughing my way through this wild ride we’re all on.
