Buddhism has been an important influence in my life for the past 20 years. I have enjoyed providing meditation instruction and helping out any way I can. I am a pretty easy going guy and enjoy sailing, camping, movies and good conversation. I try to cultivate meaningful relationships. I got the money to buy my first sailboat. The birth of my children is a given!

I enjoy sailing on my 36 ft Catalina and volunteering with the Harbor Patrol. Spending time with friends and volunteering at the Boat Shop in Gig Harbor.

Classic rock and some classical. My daughter has introduced me to indy music and love the intricate rhythms.

Sea yarns by Alexander Kent and the lawyer stories by John Grishom. Neil De-Grasse Tyson and What is E=mc2 and why does it matter. I continue to discover new authors, too.

To have had a job in a hospital with terrific co-workers and supervisors during the last 10 years of my career. I have excellent health and am grateful to my teachers for helping me to develop as a human being. To say my family and friends is a given.
